1. What's the difference between Black and Black Edition cases?
Black cases feature silver elements such as locks and rivets.
Black Edition cases are finished entirely in black for a more uniform look.

2. Are customs duties and import taxes included in the price?
No. Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
These charges depend on the destination country and local regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order. If you are not sure, please contact us through the email. 

3. The pannier system does not meet my expectations - what should I do?
According to Polish law, you have 14 days to return the product and withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason.
Please complete the return form, attach the receipt, and make sure the cases are packed securely, just as they were when shipped to you.

4. Do the cases have installed mounts?
Yes. All mounting components are screwed together and matched to the selected rack system.
After unpacking, the cases are ready to be mounted directly on your motorcycle.

5. With which topcase size can I open the side cases without removing the lid?
Only with the M-size topcase.
For all other topcase sizes, the side case lid must be fully removed to open the case.

6. What type of locks do the cases have?
All APDURO cases are equipped with BMW codable locks as standard,
except for M-size panniers for tubular racks, which use a standard lock with a separate key.

7. I already have your topcase with standard locks and now I plan to buy side cases = can I use the same key?
Yes. Simply provide the number printed on your key, and we will match the locks accordingly (refers to the customers who have APDURO cases with a separate "Standard" key locks).

8. Can the XL side case fit a helmet?
In most cases, no.
Please measure your helmet first. The internal dimensions of the XL side case are 44 × 40 × 28 cm, and the opening width is 25.5 cm.

9. Can the M-size topcase fit a helmet?
Yes, the M-size topcase fits one helmet.
The largest XL topcase can accommodate two helmets.

10. I already own an APDURO case with the old lid version – will the new one match?
From the beginning of 2026, all APDURO cases are shipped with new lids featuring updated eyelets.

If you already own a case with the previous lid version and would like to order a matching one,
please contact us - we will find a suitable solution to keep your set consistent.

11. Is it possible to wrap the cases with custom graphics?
Yes. We cooperate with Milgraf, a company specializing in professional motorcycle and pannier wrapping.

They are familiar with our cases and already have all the necessary dimensions.
You can arrange the design directly with them.
If needed, we can ship the cases to Milgraf first, and after wrapping, they will be sent directly to you.

12. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.

13. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. A tracking number is provided once your order has been shipped.

14. Are there any personalization options available for cases?
Yes, selected personalization options are available depending on the product. You will find it at the tab "Custom".

15. Are the BMW-key locks included with the cases?
Yes, all cases are shipped with the set of BMW codable locks.

16. What type of finish do APDURO cases have?
APDURO cases are finished with a textured powder coating, used on both silver and black versions.
This surface treatment helps make minor mechanical damage, such as scratches or scuffs, far less visible during everyday use.

The locks undergo a special texturing process, which removes sharp edges.
This ensures safe handling, preventing injuries to hands and avoiding damage to riding glove.

17. Does the size of the side panniers affect interference when opening them with a topcase installed?
No. The size of the side panniers does not affect any potential interference with the topcase when opening.
Only the topcase size determines whether the lids can be opened without removal (no collision only for topcase size M).
