Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide from Poland.
APDURO products are designed, manufactured and dispatched from Poland. We work with trusted international carriers, including FedEx, DHL, DPD and UPS.
Shipping Terms
United States & Canada – DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
All applicable import duties and taxes are included in the total amount paid at checkout. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
European Union (EU)
Orders are shipped from Poland within the European Union. No customs duties apply, and prices include VAT in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland & Rest of the World – DAP (Delivered At Place)
All other international orders are shipped under DAP terms unless stated otherwise.
Import duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
These charges may vary depending on the destination country and applicable customs regulations. APDURO cannot predict or guarantee the exact amount of import charges.
Shipping Fees
European Union, United States & Canada
- Free shipping on orders over $200.
- Shipping costs for orders below $200 are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping also applies to large parcels, including side panniers and top cases.
Rest of the World
- Free shipping on orders over $200, excluding large parcels.
- Shipping costs for large items, such as side panniers and top cases, are calculated separately at checkout.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
During periods of increased demand, such as Black Friday, Christmas, promotional campaigns or the beginning of the motorcycle season, processing times may be extended.
If your order contains a pre-order or temporarily unavailable product, the complete order will normally be shipped once all items are available. Please contact us if you require a partial shipment.

- United States: 2–7 business days
- Canada: 2–10 business days
- Norway & Switzerland: 2–5 business days
- Other international destinations: 2–10 business days

Tracking & Insurance
All shipments are insured and include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow your shipment online.
