*Free shipping does not apply to large parcels shipped outside the EU (e.g., side panniers, large top cases).

Customs & Duties
Prices do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees unless stated otherwise.
Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country.

  • United States (USA)
    Prices do not include import duties or taxes.
    The standard import tax rate is approximately 15%, however additional state-level taxes may apply depending on the destination state.

  • European Union (EU)
    No customs duties apply to EU orders.
    Prices include VAT in accordance with EU regulations.

  • Rest of the World
    Prices do not include customs duties or local taxes.
    All import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped with FedEx, DHL, DPD or UPS depending on the customers address. We offer free shipping on orders over $200. 

Processing Time
We always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.
In most cases, order processing takes 3-5 business days from payment confirmation. 
During peak demand periods or seasonal busy times such as Black Friday, the Christmas holidays, or the spring season, processing times may be extended.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package in real time.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe: 2-5 business days

  • North America, Asia, and Africa: 2-10 business days
